L’ART À TABLE

At Sentro – À Table Avec Vincent Masson, art extends beyond the walls and onto the plate. Inspired by Luca’s creative world, Chef Masson has reimagined his favorite dishes:

• Spaghetti Carbonara with Belgian flair, made with Ménapiens pork guanciale from Dierendonck

• Luca’s go-to Espresso Martini, rich and bold

• A sweet tribute to Liège with his favorite dessert, the Café Liégeois

The featured artwork, The Instinct of Taste, is proudly displayed at Sentro and illustrated on the cover of the menu.

Luca Pertoldi is a Belgian-Italian abstract artist known for blending emotion, symbolism, and instinct. His works are deeply personal, often infused with coded messages and vibrant palettes. His creative process—guided by intuition—echoes the culturally artistry celebrated at Hilton Brussels Grand Place.
