FIRE SAFETY

• Locate the nearest FIRE EXIT. You will find the safety instruction on the inside door of your room

IN CASE OF FIRE

• If the alarm sounds at any time during your stay, please evacuate the building via the nearest EMERGENCY EXIT and make
  your way to the designated fire assembly point (right side of the hotel next to Brussels Central Station). Please do not stop
  to collect any personal belongings.
• If you discover a fire or smoke, please break the clear plastic panel on the nearest call point and alert Reception (4702).
• If you suspect a fire behind closed doors, please do not attempt to open the door.
• Do not use the lifts.
• Do not re-enter the hotel until the fire brigade has given clearance and the situation is safe.

Due to the Belgian legislation, our hotel is fully non-smoking. (incl. electronic cigarettes vaping and shisha).

Any violation of this policy including signs of smoke found in the room or suite will incur a €250 fine.

The use of nitrous oxide (N2O or nitrous oxide) balloons is strictly prohibited.
